After finishing Love Letters (Small) and exhibiting the 300 12" x 9" mixed-media works on tracing paper multiple times, I was stunned to one day be looking at the stack sitting in my studio when it occurred to me that I had unwittingly written 300 songs when I made them months before. I'd been composing digital music to accompany the factual fiction Wilted Unicorn when I discovered AI that could be used to scan and make rough 5-track demos from the leftover Love Letters.
